Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist

Pelvic Health Solutions (PHS) is a rapidly growing private practice dedicated exclusively to pelvic floor physical therapy. With four clinics across South Florida, we are excited to open our newest location in Northern Virginia, continuing our mission to establish the leading center of excellence in pelvic health. Our model prioritizes evidence-based care, one-on-one, full-hour sessions, a commitment to clinical mentorship, and a culture of excellence for both patients and providers. We are seeking an experienced pelvic floor physical therapist to serve as the Clinic Lead for our Virginia location. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about pelvic health and excited to help build and lead a clinic from the ground up and who is entrepreneurial without wanting the risks, administrative, and operational burdens of owning your own business. You will have the opportunity to shape clinic operations, mentor other clinicians, establish local referral relationships, and play a central role in expanding access to high-quality pelvic floor care in the region.

Duties and Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership & Care Delivery
  • Provide direct patient care (~75% of time), treating across genders, diagnoses, and age ranges
  • Maintain clinical excellence through individualized, evidence-based care and productivity benchmarks
  • Serve as a clinical mentor and support onboarding of new therapists in collaboration with our Director of Clinical Excellence
  • Support consistent delivery of care aligned with PHS standards
Operational Oversight
  • Lead day-to-day clinic performance and ensure implementation of best practices in scheduling, documentation, and patient experience
  • Participate in monthly performance reviews and team connects
  • Foster a collaborative, supportive, and professional team environment
Referral Development & Community Engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local referring providers
  • Represent PHS in the community through educational workshops, events, and provider outreach
  • Lead initiatives to promote awareness of pelvic floor therapy and grow patient volume
Qualifications
  • Doctorate (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy (MPT)
  • Active DC physical therapy license (or ability to obtain)
  • 3+ years of experience treating pelvic floor dysfunction across a range of patients
  • Board-level certification (PRPC, WCS, or equivalent) preferred
  • Previous leadership experience in a clinical setting strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor, lead by example, and contribute to team culture
